These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brewski, a personal coffee journal independently operated from the Philippines. By using Brewski, you agree to these terms.

Using Brewski

Brewski is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to record your coffee experiences and create shareable coffee cards. You must use the app and website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with their operation or security.

Your local data

Your Brewski journal is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any backups offered by your device or platform and for reviewing information before you share it. We cannot restore data lost through device replacement, app removal, device failure, or changes to your backup settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of the notes and photos you add to Brewski. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and any shared coffee cards do not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Brewski, its name, design, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use Brewski under these terms, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services

Brewski may use device features and provide links or sharing options that open third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Disclaimers

Brewski is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that Brewski will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brewski and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Brewski.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Brewski or these terms when reasonably necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. You may stop using Brewski at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
